Question regarding tortillas....

I have wheat and regular tortillas. According to the back the nutritional content is virtually the same.

I have tacos using ground turkey, no-fat sour cream, low-fat cheese, onions and tomatoes. How far off would the regular tortillas throw me if I had them instead of the wheat ones?

wheat is better for you because how it breaks down in the body. im not a scientist or nutritionist but the values are the same on paper but not equal to the body. go with wheat.

wheat is obviously better for u by any means, but theres really not much wrong with white bread. made with sugar which stinks but i mean in my case sometimes white is the only thing i can get at the cafeteria (and i highly doubt the wheat breads are 100% whole wheat). I actually noticed having a white wrap turkey sandwich today for post workout and i killed it today in my lifts/cardio. Weighin in tomorrow tho so i hope little things like that dont break me =/
