    ok to pig out on bad food once a week?

    would it be ok for me to pig out on food that is bad for me once a week?

    Things with tons of sodium, sugar, fats and other bad things?

    I wouldnt recommend "pigging out" but one cheat day a week to enjoy and treat urself for your good behaviour is not bad.

    yep once a week won't hurt, I pretty much do every sunday .. but If your getting ready for a competition I wouldnt recommend it

    Most people have a cheat meal once a week or so, where they go all out on one meal. Can help break plateaus, keep you from going sane and make you appreciate quality food.

    I personally don't get cravings, so I count my cheat meal of the week going out every other Sat with mates to the pub then club. So technically two cheats a month. Hasn't affected me too badly, just have to make sure I drink 2 litres of water when I get back in to hydrate and not be so hungover.

    i would if i was you but dont go all out. just cause they call them cheat meals doesnt mean all day hogging out. just have like one thing if you want it.

    Well....Dont pig out the whole day like eating a stick of butter and a pepsi for breakfast, then 2 bags of hot cheetos with a milkshake for lunch, and finish of dinner with some McDonalds.

    But...Once a week is what I do, but I dont og 'all out' sprinkling salt all over my food, usually I get something like a pizza when im with my friends, or something along those lines.

    PS : If ur cutting, go for maybe once every 2 weeks, or just once a week, but be conservative.
