would it be ok for me to pig out on food that is bad for me once a week?
Things with tons of sodium, sugar, fats and other bad things?

Most people have a cheat meal once a week or so, where they go all out on one meal. Can help break plateaus, keep you from going sane and make you appreciate quality food.
I personally don't get cravings, so I count my cheat meal of the week going out every other Sat with mates to the pub then club. So technically two cheats a month. Hasn't affected me too badly, just have to make sure I drink 2 litres of water when I get back in to hydrate and not be so hungover.Hai guise.

Well....Dont pig out the whole day like eating a stick of butter and a pepsi for breakfast, then 2 bags of hot cheetos with a milkshake for lunch, and finish of dinner with some McDonalds.
But...Once a week is what I do, but I dont og 'all out' sprinkling salt all over my food, usually I get something like a pizza when im with my friends, or something along those lines.
PS : If ur cutting, go for maybe once every 2 weeks, or just once a week, but be conservative.
