BMF's Fat Loss Adventure
It's time to get serious about shedding this fat that's been hanging around for far too long. I have done a great job over the last year increasing my lean body mass; however, I am never committed long enough to shed the fat to see the entire progress.
The time has come to do this for real. I am going to journal my 6 week super cut. I have put on enough lean mass to not really care if I end up losing muscle along with my fat loss. Once I am at the right fat % I know i can put the muscle back on.
I am hoping to drop an average of 2 to 3 pounds per week over the 6 week fat loss session. I will weigh in and post my progress daily...if I don't I will slack for sure...that's my history with these kinds of things.
Wish me luck and please follow along. I will definitely check in and support anyone that follows along with my journey.
Starting Weight: 238.6

Im in! .. Good luck. What is your goal weight? Mine is around 220 I think. You are starting about the same place as me.

I believe 20 pounds is my goal over the next 6 weeks...so 218

Diet went great yesterday. Back workout went great. Have to stay away from cardio for a few more days until my foot heals.
Daily Weigh In: 237.8 (-0.8)

pretty low cal intake 1600 to 2000 calories per day
My main food sources are shakes, chicken, natty pb, cottage cheese, and salads. Also taking Fish Oil pills and a fat burner.
So far so good. If I don't like the progress, I will man up and go with the v-diet beyotch!!!!!!

the v-diet is a sumbitch. but since im inschool and my life is getting more and more complicated, it is easy to follow. Also, im getting between 1700-2000 cals per day as well. so not much difference.

It has been forever since I've logged in and made any updates...been remodeling my house.
Current weight = 231
