It's time to get serious about shedding this fat that's been hanging around for far too long. I have done a great job over the last year increasing my lean body mass; however, I am never committed long enough to shed the fat to see the entire progress.
The time has come to do this for real. I am going to journal my 6 week super cut. I have put on enough lean mass to not really care if I end up losing muscle along with my fat loss. Once I am at the right fat % I know i can put the muscle back on.
I am hoping to drop an average of 2 to 3 pounds per week over the 6 week fat loss session. I will weigh in and post my progress daily...if I don't I will slack for sure...that's my history with these kinds of things.
