    Can someone tell me which of these 2 products would be better to take???

    Protein by far IMO. If your nutrition is perfectly in line and you substitute other protein preWO and PWO, then creatine could be better.

    It is better to seperate them, as creatine absorbs better and faster if taken with juice or gatoraid (something sugary). Protein can be taken later, but creratine works best right after workouts.

    Creatine before and after your workout
    Protein immediatly after your workout and 1-2 more times throughout the day.
