I had a friend tell me he wanted to go on a protein shake only diet for like 4 weeks or so, to cut. I told him he was crazy, but then I went and played around with the figures. At 6 meals a day you would be taking in:
If you upped the fat by taking some fish oil pills, and maybe some vegetables like green beans or something for extra carbs and to get some real food, would this actually be doable/effective for a short-term diet, like 4-6 weeks?
