Im an intermediate body builder. I have always lifted after work. I took a new job and no longer can lift after work. I started lifting in the morning, but have found I have no energy. What would be a good food/supplement to take in the morning to help energize my workouts. Or is it better to lift on empty. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Same thing happened to me. I've been going with a cup of coffe and a good nights sleep. It took a while to adjust, but it is routine now.
