I know that it is better to use these two products together but unfortunately they are damn expensive. If I had to choose between the two, what will give me the best results? What brands should I use?

well if you're trying to add lasting mass, use the whey protein. You should do some research and order your own custom protein from the **************. I suppose if your just trying to look good for the summer, go with the creatine -ProLab's is my favorite.

Met-Rx Mass Action has creatine,HMB,and TMG. I had also heard that Creatine competes for absorption with Glutamine but nobody had any proof. Studies have found that the combination of protein and carbohydrates increases insulin release and consequently muscle creatine absorption to the same extent as high carbohydrates alone.

I'm 16 years old and don't want to use steroids or anything that isn't safe and don't want to put on fat. Any suggestions?
this is pretty cheap too if you buy it in the right place

creatine uptake is best when taken with 50grams protein and 50+ grams of high GI carbs."I do not agree with a word you say but I will defend to the death your right to say it." Voltaire
