Question Cardio Question......

Hey.... Hope fully someone can help???
After losing 40 lbs since last summer, I'm tryin to become more muscular. I'm a 22 y/o male, and I lift weights, and do resistance exercises. I've never done cardio until the start of this week, and after reading about cardio, I now realize how important it really is. The problem area I'm facing is my lower abs... A small pouch still remains regardless of the amount of healthy food I eat, or how many different exercises I do... It's not really a 'pouch', but it isn't completely FLAT either, which is my goal... Would cardio hurt if I did it 2 times a day instead of one?

Your best bet is to get your diet in order, 6 small clean meals a day, high in protein, and run first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, or you could have some whey in water. YOu could also try sprints, they are really effective for burning body fat. I would not run twice in a day, you could run every morning, juts make sure you give yourself a days rest, you wnat to give your CNS a little rest. And make sure that you run at least 5 - 6 hours before you lift. BEst of luck to you!
