Cardio Question......
Hey.... Hope fully someone can help???
After losing 40 lbs since last summer, I'm tryin to become more muscular. I'm a 22 y/o male, and I lift weights, and do resistance exercises. I've never done cardio until the start of this week, and after reading about cardio, I now realize how important it really is. The problem area I'm facing is my lower abs... A small pouch still remains regardless of the amount of healthy food I eat, or how many different exercises I do... It's not really a 'pouch', but it isn't completely FLAT either, which is my goal... Would cardio hurt if I did it 2 times a day instead of one?
