Forearm inflammation..

Well, as the thread says.. Got a nasty forearm inflammation and I've had it about 1 and a half week now. Kinda just realized today that I was eating the wrong pills for it, HAH!..
Ah well, I just need some advice from people who's had it about what they did to make it go away faster... and yes, I know it can last for a while.
I can push and pull with my arms without the same pain as when I do bicep exercises.

I know that I shouldn't give my arms pressure and just rest them but is it possible to speed the healing up? ('eat something special?')

Thanks in advance!
