Newbie Diet question (diet layout)

I am reading around this forum and I am very interested in Keto.
What is a good daily format?

Like what would be a good meal plan?
If you know of a previous forum post like this. That would be great too. I just really wanna restart my fat loss while lifting.

My meal plan is essentially this:

After workout - Protein Shake (1 scoop ON 100% Whey Choc.) + 15g dextrose + 1 tbsp of Udo's Choice Oil Blend (flax, etc. oils)

9am - Omelette (3 Eggs & 1 Organic Cheese Single)

12pm - 4oz Chicken Breast & 1 Cup Broccoli (2 Tbsp EV Olive Oil)

3pm - 5oz Round-Eye Streak Cut w/ Organic Cheese Single & 1 Cup Broccoli (2 Tbsp EV Olive Oil)
-or-
Large bowl of lettuce with Serving of Tuna or Chicken w/ 1 Serving Full Fat Caesar Dressing

6pm - 4oz Chicken Breast (or Salmon, or Tuna) w/ 8 Shrimp & 1 Cup Broccoli (2 Tbsp EV Olive Oil)

9pm - 1/2 Serving Natty PB or 1 serving cottage cheese

Every Meal - 1g Flax & Fish Body Oil Caps

Between Meals - 1.5+ Gallons Water throughout the day

2072 Calories
15.5g Carbs
139.3g Fat
169g Protein

(based on my targets, its almost a perfect match for my keto diet)
