What weight program are you on during season - and what is your purpose?

Just wondering, as I'm looking at starting a new workout, yet also want to see how many people are simply maintaining, and are not wishing to progress?
Push yourself on the compounds(bench/squat/clean) and go low volume high weight. Don't do much assistance. Look to improve. Last year I got my bench up 15, squat up 10 and clean up 15. Also it really helps recover my body(if you go low volume). Gives you an edge if you are stronger at the end while the opponent has lost 10-15 on their maxes.
