    Go for it man, Im not like before I cant hammer out 10 prs, going for 3 of them in oly is very good so I dont mind, getting 3 prs a week is good, like a snatch, clean, and squat pr is ace.

    Lol I love the feeling of having to puke after a heavy load of squatting.

    Last week I was hurled after doing 225x10, 225x8, then another 225x8. Rest was like 1 min 30 sec between each set >_> Cutting+heavy taxing lifting=ouchies. 'Specially when youre using a narrow stance lol.

    You're fine, you don't need to get bigger

    They always group together bodybuilding and weightlifting

    Talking 5 Days Out

    So finally one of my coaches said he would take up to the competition in Rouyn this Saturday, I'll have pictures and a big report.. Im extremely stoked for this.. I'll be starting with 35kg and 50kg most likely.

    Ya, I have my own videoographer lol..

    I hope to get it, Im starting with 35, then 37.5, then 40 hopefully.. Then 50 then 53, then 55 ish..

    Thats what I hope for it to look like even though I can clean+ jerk around like 58-59...

    Thanks from dropping by phreek.. I'm really exciting to be a part of the whole olympic lifting scene I'm just mad I didn't start earlier. Thanks a lot, hopefully I'll go 6/6 thats all I really want. Hahah, I don't think I could get past like 50 with any sort of weight
