most of these cars will be dramatically changed, becuase they all like to copy eachother or some like to keep **** hidden until the last day....
on another note im watching nascar.... just imagined if nascar wasnt invented, f1 would have so much potential it would be crazy. I dont think ferrari would be where its at if it wasnt for nascar.Last edited by jakebornsnake; 01-23-2009 at 08:01 PM.

a fast car is a beutiful car
shark fin works by stabilyzing and stratining the air hitting the rear wing in a turn thus allowingt he rear wing to be more efficient and thus more downforce. its a small effect though..if you remeber last year for a coupkle of races raikkonnen didnt run his shark fin and massa did
i think thats in febuary

I loved the 2008 cars with all the little aero parts, but the new smoother 'simpler' cars are growing on me the more i look at them
anyway, heres a good little interview with Charlie Whiting about some of the new rule changes: http://www.itv-f1.com/Feature.aspx?T...neral&id=45025

you cant tell **** by testing times. for all we know renault could have been doing high fuel no kers long distance running, while everyone else was doing low fuel kamikaze laps
2008 was cool..it was fun to look and speculate how the little bits interacted with air flow..
but the new cars look so slick i like em both

Great find!!!
USF1 should buy out toro rosso becuase they are on the market right now, that way we can use seabass if he gets better plus the american fans love him.... or we need to find some new kid out of the karting division in california thats our only chance of having a great US team, finding a good driver which the americans will like will be hard to find... it will probably take usf1 5 years to get really good in the sport but this has potential.
Heres a quick ****ty video I made on USF1... not much info or pics about the team.

OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED BOURDAIS IS ON STR!!!!!!!!!!!WOOOHOOOOO!!!!!!
After months of waiting, Sebastien Bourdais has finally been told he will retain his race seat with Toro Rosso for 2009, lining up alongside Swiss newcomer Sebastien Buemi.
Bourdais had a difficult rookie season with the Italian team, but after impressing against some strong competition in winter testing, the Frenchman has at last been given the nod. It means that the only uncertainty in the 2009 team and driver line-up now revolves around the former Honda team, whose future remains unclear.
“It has been a very long and difficult winter, but now the waiting is finally over and I am really excited about tackling my second season with Scuderia Toro Rosso,” Bourdais told the team’s website.
“I would like to thank Red Bull and Dietrich Mateschitz for this opportunity to continue with a team that made so much progress last year. Now, I can focus on preparing for the coming season.
“It promises to be a very interesting one, thanks to all the rule changes and I’m also looking forward to establishing a good relationship with my new team-mate, Sebastien Buemi, to ensure both of us do the best possible job for the team and for Red Bull.”
Commenting on the announcement, Toro Rosso team principal Franz Tost, said: "We are pleased that Sebastien will be with us again for another season. After one year with Toro Rosso, we expect him to profit from the experience he gained last season. He now knows the F1 environment, the race tracks and the team.
“In addition, the slick tyres, which make a comeback this year, should suit his driving style very well. Therefore he will tackle the coming season with much more experience under his belt. This will be especially valuable given that our other driver, Sebastien Buemi, is an F1 rookie, who has come up through the ranks of the Red Bull Junior Driver programme.”
Bourdais and Buemi are expected to test with Toro Rosso at Jerez, Spain, next week.
