Suggestions?
Ok guys...Heres the deal...at the moment...i walk about two miles a day. ((that's not counting errands and stuff)). I have been Challenged to do a 13.5 mile walk/run in febuary. And though i doubt i'll be able to go to the place to do the run, I think i would really like to try it anyway. Does anyone have any suggestions on maybe...Mental prep for this?
