Maybe one of you can help me...
For the diet that I'm on now, I have to stomach between 4-6 hardboiled eggs in the morning.
Since I don't really have the time in the morning or the patience to cook up the eggs, I eat them hardboiled.
Problem is that I pretty much almost gag each time I eat an egg.
I'm wondering if there is something that I can put on hardboiled eggs that might make them taste better or make them easier to go down?
The only thing I found that works now is if I chop the eggs up and cover them in hot sauce, pepper and a little bit of salt...

i used to eat 5 boiled egg whites in the morning and 5 for lunch. The easiest way is to cut em in half, throw 2 halves in ur mouth at once chew once then swallow and chase it with water. The taste doesnt bother me but most of the food i eat now is just for the purpose of eating and i dont care much about what it taste like. I chew all of my food 2 or three times and swallow and chase it with water. Ive recently started eating 5 scrambled eggs. It is way faster than boiling, peeling and eating boiled eggs. They also dont smell like sulfur

Depends but on average I would say 7 egg whites and 1 yolk.

MMMM eggs
Dude u can eat as many eggs whites as u want. Theres not a whole lot them.
But carefull how many yolks u have. When i first started training at ate about 8 whole eggs a day. After i while i started getting pains. Doc said tha fatty cholestrol **** in the yolk had clogged up in the pancreas or something. So yeh dont eat too many yolks, 2 to 3 is fine!

forgive me if this is the dumbest question ever but if an egg has 70 calories in it with 6 grams of protein and I cut out the yolk on each egg does that mean it still has 70 calories or half that since the yolks gone or any lesser protein content???? I eat about 6-9 egg whites a day and it has always been on my mind concerning this???
