Biggest forearms

not to put you down or anything, but i really doubt it - 15'' is the higher end of average. if you don't have 16'', i doubt you'll ever get to 18''. but hey, feel free to prove me wrong; i welcome a challeneg.e

I would say 15 is above avg, from all the gyms I have lifted at at least.

Mine are 15.5 and are a lot bigger then almost everyone I see at the gym.

Maybe at some freak gym with a lot of un-natural guys, you would be right, but your avg gym, no.

Oh lord. Here we go again. If the guys bis are 22", he must have almost 40" inch arms. Why do guys say such and such has 20" bis, like the triceps are not even part of the arm. When it is the TRICEPS that give the arms the bulk of their mass. You gotta love bb.com. Or should I call it flat bench and curls.com

15 is WAY above average if you're measuring with your arm straight.

BTW lee's forearms only measure something like 16 inches goose necked and 20.5 inch arms. I remember seeing the pictures and interview. I was surprised they definitely look bigger regardless of height.

yeah, i heard that too.

if you make a 15/16 inch circle in about the shape of a forearm, it's pretty damn big when you think about it. plus lee and viator(pretty sure) are on the shorter end of things so they'll look bigger in shots by themselves.

probally due to the fact that he only did like 2 Mr. O, Zane beat him in '79 for the overall, and he came like 5th in '80, dispite going in as the favourite to win (ok they didnt know arnold was going to show up but yeah)

one of the many sad cases of pro bodybuilding, but at least he helped inspire Yates's training and that won 6 Mr. Os for the HIT camp

BTW some bodybuilders' biceps actually make their arm sizes increase due to a high peak.

For christ sakes man.... Everyone in bb knows when you say a bicep measurement is a certain measurement, IT MEANS THE ARM! And since you can't measure the triceps and biceps seperate, this only makes sence.

When you measure your leg, we say "QUAD". We don't say that my vastus lateralus, vastus medialus, rectus femoris, semi membernosis, semitendonious, biceps femorus, is 30"..... we say "30 inch QUADS".

You really dont need to train them... as you get stronger in other lifts the forearms will follow.

I think I saw an article a little while back where it had a measuring tape around Frank McGrath's forearm and it was 17 or 17.5. Not 100% sure on it. Maybe someone else has seen it as well.
