    Forward Shoulders/Poor Posture

Hey guys, I've began to notice that my shoulders are starting to slouch forward. What exercises can I do to fix this? I know I need to start watching my posture some more. I'm not an active workout guy like a lot of you, but I thought this would be a good place to ask for advice. I've attached a picture if it helps any.

Can't see the pic but as far as posture goes squats and dealifts are the way to go. If you're shoulders slouch forward then I suggest some shrugs, barbell rows, and posterior deltoid rows. That'll squeeze them back with time.

I would suggest barbell rows, pullups, and raises.

i used to slouch as well, but never thought anything of it.

After a few months however, I had tons of people telling me how upright i walked (shoulders back and chest out) and i attributed it to having a strong lower back from deadlifts as i wasnt doing squats at the time. Hope that helps.

    How is your push/pull ratio?

Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
