I have a confession Cleveland bros.
I secretly wish the Browns would take Zeke. Maybe I'm just a biased Ohio state homer, but I would really like to see him in the Browns backfield.
I know there is 0.0% chance of this, but it doesn't mean I can't wish.
He's probably going to be the next AP, just watch.

Round 1 in the books.
I'm pleased with the Coleman pick, and the fact that they got additional picks on top of it really sweetens the deal.
When the announced he was only 5' 11" I was kind of surprised they would take another short receiver. Then I realized ODB is the same size and weight and all was right with the world.

In my estimation all of the truly elite talents were off the board at 8. You could argue that they should have stayed at 2, but I can't really argue with what they did at 8.
Thought it was going to be Treadwell, but staying away from Ole Miss players, probably not the worst thing in the world lmao
If we snagged one of these pass rushers right here, Spence, Dodd, or Ogbah, now we're talking.(っ◕‿◕)っ

It’s an odd feeling and here is why. From a team that has fired so many regimes in the past 15 years, by far the most in the NFL during that time span……The Browns are deferring and stock piling, that is something that guys who are afraid they might get fired will never do. The example is the LA Rams, Jeff Fischer is getting fired if they don’t make the playoff so they sold out on the future to win right now.
The Browns are deferring to add value. They moved 13 spots and netted a 1st round pick, two 2nd round picks, two 3rd round picks and a 4th (?). That is 6 additional draft picks for moving 13 spots.
Now, of course, we’ve seen this before so it could end up as just another in the long line of disasters, but man that is a ton of draft picks for moving down to the mid round. Even if it turns out poorly and they draft nothing but busts, it’s been a productive strategy to this point. We basically have two entire drafts next season for moving down 13 spots.(っ◕‿◕)っ

Went to the Browns scrimmage game today at the horseshoe.
Pryor looked f'kn awesome out there. It was great to see him catch some TDs out there after throwing so many at OSU.
RG3 looked pretty decent. Threw behind the receiver quite a few times. McCown looked pretty good as well.
Kessler was chucking some long balls during warm up that were dropping right into the receivers hands in stride, that really warmed my heart. Crowell got all sorts of boos from the crowd.

How can this be our team? What is wrong with me.
Came out blazing, then went scoreless the remaining 49 minutes.
Interesting note on Crowell, take away that 85 yard TD run, and he would have had 110 yards on 29 carries.
Great weekend in the 216 though. Spent the day wining and dining in Ohio City, down to East 4th for the night, nice hotel, and killer seats in 149 row B.
