How often do you exercise/go to the gym? I go to the gym to lift 3 days a week, and I run 4 - 5 times a week (marathon training).
If you do exercise, how long is your average workout session? When I'm lifting, I'm probably at the gym for about 45 minutes, though a good amount of this time is spent waiting for equipment. My runs usually range from 30 minutes or so (maintenance runs) to 3 - 4 hours (long runs of 20+ miles). Most of my runs are 8 - 10 miles, though.
How often do you go to a social event(party)? Almost never.
How many alcoholic drinks do you consumer per social event? Usually just a glass of red wine or something. I have some alcohol in the house but I mostly use it for cooking.
