    Enough protein and carbs after workout?

    After my workouts I have 2 scoops of whey (40G protein), Gatorade (48G carbs), and about 30-60 minutes later I have 2 potatoes and a medium chicken breast. Then I have a peanut butter sandwich and a cup of yogurt an hour or two after my chicken and potatoes, and finally I have a scoop of whey before bedtime. Is this enough?

    meh - gatorade is all sugar but if you're not cutting i wouldnt worry about it, whey with water ASAP and fast digesting carbs soon after...looks pretty good

    A scoop of Whey before bedtime isn't the best choice.

    Try some source of Casien Protien. I digests slowly, which is awsome for when your sleeping. Digests 7-8 hours.

    Cottage cheese is an example.
