After my workouts I have 2 scoops of whey (40G protein), Gatorade (48G carbs), and about 30-60 minutes later I have 2 potatoes and a medium chicken breast. Then I have a peanut butter sandwich and a cup of yogurt an hour or two after my chicken and potatoes, and finally I have a scoop of whey before bedtime. Is this enough?
