hey, how did i know that was coming  i guess that's kind of a grey area now. i starting experimented with ph/ps products about a year ago, but never took anything that wasn't bought otc. some of those compounds are illegal now, hence the grey area. i've been lifting since '86 and competing since '88, so this isn't exactly an overnight thing.
btw, i weigh the same now as i did before i ever took ph/ps, so how much they've helped is debatable.

superb body, i'd say not to worry about the grey area since they were legal then. it's honest for the time frame. your 4th pic is the best of the set.

man u couldnt help me could you.. not sure if you seen my pics.. but im 5'7 210 pounds (with a layer of fat on my muscle) but need help on a cutting cycle without loosing muscle.
I cut carbs today like some people said and im starving!! and i got gym soon how the hell can i train with no energy like this.
Should i just stop eating carbs late at day or what.

i have a pretty simple approach. i diet for an extended period of time (usually 16-20 weeks). i keep my cals in the range of 2000-2600 depending on how i feel. the old adage of 2 lbs (loss) a week is a pretty good rule of thumb. i'm not big on low carb diets. i haven't sat down and figured out my macronutrient ratios, but they are probably around 45protein 40 carb 15fat. hope that helps.
