Love this draft Packer brahs. Got some guys that will help right away and a lotttttt of upside all over the defensive side of the ball. Feels good man, feels real good, man.

"I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeeded." - Michael Jordan
I was a little disappointed when we didnt pick up Mercilus or Shea. After reading some bit into Perry, I am excited to see what he will be doing opposite from Matthew.

the price to move up to get either wasn't worth the difference between Perry and either... Shea apparently already has 2 concussions. Was never very high on him.. Mercilus I did want though.. but this was also assuming Perry was gone by 1.28... couldn't of asked for a better 1-2 IMO

TBH, I'm more excited about Worthy than Perry. It's about time we acquired a quality Defensive Tackle that can eat up blockers, collapse the pocket and also has some pass rush ability. If he plays the way everyone expects him to Matthews and Perry are going to have a much easier time getting to the QB. I can't wait
But yeah I really wanted Mercilus. More than any other player in the draft. I wanted Crick too and Houston took both of them.

ya when we played the draft game I took Crick late 2nd round... he's got alot of upside its just if he can stay healthy.
Clay is thankful for the Perry pick
Raji is thankful for the Worthy pick
both should benefit greatly from the attention they'll draw.

So it looks like we've got ourselves a basketball player turned WR in Dale Moss. Really excited to see how he develops over the next few years. 6'3 215 pounds who runs a 4.45 40. We've got a lot of receivers in DD, Jennings, Jordy, Jones and Cobb, not to mention Gurley who's on the practice squad. Hope we're able to stash Moss away on the practice squad for a year or two.
Man I feel like the draft has really kicked some life back into me after the way the season ended. Just thinking about the competition we're going to have in training camp this year...oh lawd it's gonna be fun
I think Mike Daniels is my favorite pick in this draft, and that says a lot since I love the first 3 selections. He was a major sleeper that fell cause of his height. The man is explosive, and with the NFL turning into a passing league, he's gonna be a very valuable member on our D Line. Guy can flat out get after the QB
Anyone else when they watch Worthy play, remind them of a poor man's Suh? He's so explosive, disruptive, and quick that he seems to be in the back field more times than not. He's also passionate as hell and plays with a fire in his stomach. Guy wants to be great it seems. Only thing he need's to work on is his consistency, but with us constantly switching out Raji, Picket, Hargrove, Worthy, Danials, Wynn, and Neal, our D Line is gonna be alot more effective when the 4th quarter comes.
Can you imagine this D Line if Neal reaches his potential? Back to being a top 10 defense again, and I'm sure Matthews, Raji, and Woodson wanna make up for last year.
This x10000. Tramon Williams too, boy did he fall off the cliff last year.
combined with the draft and i think our defense should be vastly improved. The Collins situation really sucks though.
Completely forgot about Tramon, boy did he have a down year. Should be much improved this year with his shoulder better. Can you believe we went 15-1 with how bad our defense was last year. It was dreadful watching our pass rush. This year were gonna be firing on all cylinders. Defense is gonna want there respect back and this offseason should help a lot of guys that were hurt by no offseason last year(Shields, Burnett, Neal, Soto, Wynn, and Wilson)
