2 Scoops of Cycle Support/Day. Water high. And, i'm not going to gorge myself this time around. I will eat in excess, but i'm looking to keep this cycle to very lean dry gains. No reason i cant hit 220+.

Days 8-14: 45mg PP
Days 15-21: 45mg PP; 30mg PD
Days 22-28: 30mg PP; 45mg PD
Days 29-35: 30mg PD
Days 36-42: 40mg Nolva
Days 43-49: 40mg Nolva
Days 50-56: 20mg Nolva
Days 57-63: 20mg Nolva
Clomid if necessary.
Prolly something like this. I have 10mg and 15mg caps of PP so i can vary the dosage. I may not get up to 45mg...may go 35 or 40. We'll see. I may throw in the rest of my Epistane in there as well...we'll see.
May adjust here and there.
I've ran PP before very successfully, along with a few other orals...so i have a rather high tolerance. I may actually run the Prop higher.
Anywho...started yesterday at 20mg...bumping to 25 today.
Why are you running Prop for only the last 2 weeks? Otherwise hope it goes well.

Comments: Felt great today, no sides..lots of energy in the gym. No lethargy yet, nor back pumps on deadlifts. This was the first time i've pulled since a severe back injury, and managed to pull 405x3 smoothly.
Comments: Did 30 minutes LI/MI cardio. No real sides, maybe a tad bit of lethargy. Bodyweight is somehow already 211(+6) (taken on an empty stomache upon waking). No carbs for dinner last night either.

Comments: Played 18 holes of golf today, and it really flared my elbow up. Had to work around the pain during the workout, but got it done. Had crazy pumps with the higher reps. Wish more energy was there, but im straight up tired from the week, plus the elbow pain was a bummer. Still, a pretty decent workout. Looking for the increases to really start now.
I will be starting the Prop tomorrow @ 45mg. A big change of plans here, but from talking to some people, this seems to be the way to go. PP will stay @ 25mg through the week, then will go up to 30 minimum.

I ordered another bottle of Prop today. I talked with a couple buddies, and they recommended me to run it at a minimum of 75mg. So as soon as one of em gets in (should be today or very soon), i will start with 75mg on top of my PP dosage...and i will start with two 5mg doses of nolva throughout the cycle to control estrogenic sides which could occur.
Had a very good workout today..will post the day end results this evening before bed.
Comments: Had a slightly better than average w/o. No real PR's, but it was a hypertrophy day so i'm not supposed to set em anyway (cept for high rep PRs). I've almost (after today) made it through my entire w/o rotation, so it's time to see some gains! Felt great today!

40mg PP Spread throughout the day
Comments: Had a great workout. BB Back squatted 315x8 smoothly and Deep. Feeling wonderful minus a bit of fatigue.
Day 9: Power Upper
45mg Spread in 3 even doses peak dosage
Comments: Decent workout. Strength is starting to climb. Feeling hard throughout the day. Def. retaining some water though. Lethargy is kicking in pretty hard, as are the backpumps.
Day 10: Off/LI Cardio
45mg spread in 3 even doses
Comments: Been pretty damn lethargic, but nothing too bad. My propadrol will be in tomorrow, and i will begin at 60mg and work up to 90mg. Need to drop this water, it's driving me craaazy
Day 14: Hypertrophy Delts/Traps/Back

Comments: Feeling great overall. No real lethargy. Strength is up some, but nothing crazy. My muscles feel full and pumped out of the gym, so when lifting it's pure ecstasy. Nothing crazy to report.
Squats tomorrow.
Will be going for 315x12 and 335x8 breaking parallel.
Comments: Feeling excellent. This combo may just be the bread and butter PH stack everyone's been looking for. I'm experiencing pretty much no lethargy (knocks on wood), and the backpumps have been controlled with taurine.

Strength is climbing nicely. My arms are already up a half inch. Weight is roughly 214(+10) upon waking.
Comments: Absolute beast mode in the gym. Set PR's in 4 out of 5 exercises. Sides are increasing. High blood pressure, acne, bad back pumps and lethargy. Long as they dont get too much worse, i'm keeping dose and possibly upping PD.

I understand why you are running Nolva on cycle. But I was wondering why you decided to use the serm instead of an AI like formestane or 6brom on cycle?

I have both. I ran the ax PP earlier on, and now i'm taking 3 15mg pills of P-Max.
I used a SERM because I personally KNOW it will yield the results i want. I have no need to try something that may leave me with undesired effects. Nolva and Clomid are my go to's..and will prolly always be.
Sorry for not updating lately guys, i've been VERRRRY busy. Everything is going well though, very well. I've continued to set PR's, and my sides are still managable.
Im currently at: 45mg PP

Today is day 22. I increased my 8RM to 340 on BB Back Squats. Singled 405. And, set a 12RM with 315.
Incline DB Pressed 100's for 10 (All time PR is 105x8).
And pulled 505 last week (All time PR is 510).
Weight is up to 219(+14) morning weight. Looking to finish this around 225(+21).
