    Controlled Labs 'White Blood' Log-DA_BEARS

    I was selected to test Controlled Labs NO product called 'White Blood' I just recieved it in the mail today, no LOT#/Exp date. I'm going to be comparing this against Jacked and NO-Xplode

    Directions state to take 3 capsules prior to workout if you are under 225. I'm right at 225 and since I'll be using this for a cut I'll just go with 3. 30 servings in a bottle so itll last about 5 weeks.

    Some stats/info: I just got finished with a bulking cycle 1 1/2 weeks ago that started March 1st. The main supps that were used in that were BSN Cellmass/NoXplode. So I have about 2 weeks off of the NO. Started @ 205 after having shoulder surgery in September.

    Along with stuff like B12, fish oils etc I'm going to be using this with Cellmass to try and cut down to 210 for baseball.

    My typical day/supp schedule for this cut is going to be like this:

    7AM Wake up-, 1 cellmass, protein shake (32g protein). Breakfast- 4-6 (~30g protein) eggs, glass of OJ, fat free skim milk (8+g protein).

    11:30AM Lunch- Chicken breast (~25g protein), 2 serving fat free skim milk (16g protein)

    2:30PM Snack- MRP bar (30g protein)

    3-8PM Baseball

    8:15PM 1 serving White blood

    8:45PM Cellmass/start lifting

    10:30PM Protein shake mix (~65g protein) Eat dinner, grapes, fruits, veggies etc.

    Sleep-11

    So I usually get my 8 hours.


    Some basic lifting stats (I'm recovering from shoulder surgery, so some of these are down. I can't bench/dead or do alot of chest exercises b/c of shoulder)


    Squat-380x8 if it doesent agitate my shoulder
    Lunges 130x8 (with dumbells, cant do it normal way b/c of shoulder)
    Standing hamstring curl 120x8(1leg)
    Sitting calf raises 225x12
    Thats pretty much what I'm confined to b/c of shoulder


    Curl- 55x8
    Pushdown- 175x5
    Kickbacks- Cant do over 25x12 b/c of arm

    Gimme a break on the shoulder things
    Shrugs 90x8
    DB military 45x12
    Forward raises 25x8
    Side raises 25x8

    This isnt everything I do, I'm taking a break right now so I'll post my split and everything else when I start.

    I'm training for baseball more than bodybuilding, so I focus on core with compound exercises and alot of shoulder stuff.

    Ahhh got it. At the bottom of the label under the black box that has the directions it says "Lot#;/Exp.:" and nothing after it. Thanks for clearing it up.

    I'm going to start today instead of Wedensday, will post around 11cst.

    Ok I just got done having my PWO shake (2 scoops MuscleMilk, 1 scoop Pro Complex, 1 banana, 1 big scoop of natty pb, alot of milk- maybe 80g protein) and finished with my w/o, sipping on some xtend/gatorade powder now.

    I had 3 pills of White Blood at 8:00 and hit the gym at 8:45 w/ Cellmass @ 8:45.

    The workout

    Nothing out of the ordinary, if anything it was a sub-par workout which I contribute to a long ass day. It was shoulder day, and I threw yesterday, so I had a hard time just completing what I normally breeze through.

    Forward and side raises excruciating at 25x8
    Arnie press 55x8, 50x10 twice
    db mil 50x8- I felt really good on these for some reason
    Shrugs 45x15, 90x8 twice

    I then did various rotator cuff exercises for baseball which were difficuly. I must have looked like an idiot really having a hard time with a 5 pound weight.

    Did some static holds 225x30 secs 3 times. Notice a little bit more vascularity in my L arm.

    DB Curls 55x8 nothin special

    Not really expecting anything the first day, might not workout tomorrow because I'm throwing infront of some ppl on Thursday.

    Damn bro that is yoru postworkout shake? Too much fat ditch the PB and MM use whey concentrate or isolate with oats postworkout,2 scoops of whey, 80gs of oats and 1/2 banana is plenty. ALso u don't need 80gs of protein postworkout U have alot of fat with the MM plus the PB , Just an observation, best of luck

    I know that it makes no difference what type of fat it is, u don't want it postworkout, u should read the thread in the nutrition section its a sticky on per and postworkout nutrition

    Those fats are fine, as long as your getting the protein and some carbs post workout, the fats arent going to hurt you, no need to read a sticky.

    The fats are fine, but I would be worried about all of those cals.

    I personally take no fat in my pwo. Just protein & carbs.

    the fats will slow down the absorption. postworkout you need quick-digesting foods. maybe YOU should read the sticky

    2 miles of cardio yesterday along with some sprints primarily for my arm health. I'm doing legs today after I throw.

    Nothing out of the ordinary so far.
