The V that is at the bottom of your abs. I really want to develop mine and have it more ripped and out.

have you tried oblique exercises?
oblique crunches, side bends, twist crunches, etc.

all i do is crunches.. like i said, i really dunno if there's any specific exercise that targets or builds it up.. do some oblique raises e.t.c, you feel your obliques working sure but you never feel that V muscle at all, there's a special way to bring it out in the way you flex, i cant explain how though..
