I need some advice.
I posted somthing simmilar yesterday.
I have a photo shoot coming up in 3 weeks for a magazine. What should i be doing different for my diet and workouts.
Please give me some examples to get ultra lean soon. I am already at about 8-9% BF. Thanks.

Do you plan on dehydrating yourself before it?(It makes your muscles more defined.)

I dont care what i do, i want to know what has worked for you guys!
Need some diet and a few workout tips. Ie some examples of foods and what not.
High intensity cardio or slow? Big weights or small? Who knows best and perhaps has some pics to show.
Plus im all natural!

that guy in the article is probably more cut than at first but his pics arent as convincing as they should be, he used white light in the first bunch of pics and then used better lighting in the last four as well as putting tanning oil on. he should have kept the same lighting throughout and not used oil at all.
