I have lost my hard copy. For anyone who doesnt know what it is, It's the power routine that i believe originated from the Nebraska Huskers. It has the 1 rep max and then the weights you do for each one rep max and i cant remember what the reps were; 10,8,6,2,1,4 or something like that.
If anyone has it could you post it so i could print it out?? thanks a lot!
