1 cup whole raw almonds (unblanched = more fiber)
4 tsp canola oil
3 packets of splenda
1/2 tsp of salt (to taste)
preheat oven to 300
roast almonds for 20 minutes
combine all ingredients in food processor
add cinnamon or vanilla extract for additional flavor
ive been having a PB craving and decided to try this healthy treat,
man its good im worried i might eat too much ;]
