Wut up feller's.....figured i'd keep a log of my cycle, mainly to keep myself on track...here it goes
I'll be taking 20mg's of ErgoMax LMG for 6 weeks....yes, six weeks. 10mg about 30mins. prior to workout and 10mg couple hours before bed.
My currant bw is 172 at 5'11". bf% is around 12 to 14%(i think) Arms are 14.5" waist is 33" will update on chest and legs
Im currently lifting 60lbs dumbells(8-10reps) on in,de,and flat bench. Squats 275(6-8reps)
Mon:Bi's, Tri's, and Forearms
Wed: Shoulder's and Traps
Sat: Legs and Forearms again
I used to weigh 181 but lost it due to PT test....so i plan on gaining a good bit from this cycle. Im doing a bulking cycle, but do plan to lose the little body fat I have. I forgot my camera so I'll post the pics tomorrow.
Along with the LMG is will still be taking:
Vitamin C & E
And still thinking of taking creatine...not sure though.

3 weeks in I will start taking Hawthorne Berry and all the way through PCT
4 weeks in I will start taking Milk Thistle and all the way through PCT
