    DRU1's LMG Log

    Wut up feller's.....figured i'd keep a log of my cycle, mainly to keep myself on track...here it goes

    I'll be taking 20mg's of ErgoMax LMG for 6 weeks....yes, six weeks. 10mg about 30mins. prior to workout and 10mg couple hours before bed.

    My currant bw is 172 at 5'11". bf% is around 12 to 14%(i think) Arms are 14.5" waist is 33" will update on chest and legs

    Im currently lifting 60lbs dumbells(8-10reps) on in,de,and flat bench. Squats 275(6-8reps)

    Mon:Bi's, Tri's, and Forearms
    Tues: Chest
    Wed: Shoulder's and Traps
    Thurs: Off
    Fri: Back
    Sat: Legs and Forearms again
    Sun: Off

    I used to weigh 181 but lost it due to PT test....so i plan on gaining a good bit from this cycle. Im doing a bulking cycle, but do plan to lose the little body fat I have. I forgot my camera so I'll post the pics tomorrow.

    Along with the LMG is will still be taking:
    ON Whey
    Flaxseed oil
    Vitamin C & E
    Multi Vit.
    And still thinking of taking creatine...not sure though.
    Pump Tech...........juuuuuust jokin

    3 weeks in I will start taking Hawthorne Berry and all the way through PCT
    4 weeks in I will start taking Milk Thistle and all the way through PCT

    PCT is:
    Nolva 40/20/20/20
    Same vitamins

    I think that pretty much covers it.

    Day 1

    Well today was first day, I worked out my chest. Of course nothing special yet, and dont expect anything for at least a week. Was a great chest workout though. I have someone to go to the gym with again, and he also is doing the same cycle. So that will be pretty interesting to see how we both react to it.

    I was gonna post some pics, but this computer at work will not let me download the needed software, because im not a systems admin. Ill figure something out though and post them later.

    OK...I have not been to work in a while and that is the only time I can update my thread, so here goes my missed days..

    Day 2
    Tuesday I did Bi's and Tri's....was a good solid workout, and felt good afterwards...nothing special but I did feel like I was lasting longer, not getting tired easily.

    Day 3
    Wednesday I had to go to the firing range, so i did not workout that day

    Day 4
    Thursday I did Back....again it was a very solid workout, my lower back is a little sore, but i'll deal with it.

    Day 5 Today
    Friday I did Legs....everyone has to love the legs....tried doing my swats, but my lower back still hurt so I went light and stuck to exercises with back support....had a great workout, and after i was done i felt like i could keep going, prolly should have but i had to work.

    Misc....I had ran a two week cycle of 1ad/4ad (only 2wks cuz i hurt my back in the middle of cycle), but when i was taking it, i felt like i was ****ed up the whole time, it gave me this weird buzz...but with the ergomax i feel good, i dont notice any sides starting off, except for me lasting longer in the gym ...which is a good thing of course...starting monday i will try and bump up 5 lbs with most my workouts and see how i feel, most likely it will feel good, so well see...doing traps and shoulders tomorrow ...love the shoulders too

    Well, I have come to find it hard to have the time to write down a log everyday, cuz the only time I can get on a comp. is at work. So again here goes the last 3 days.

    Day 6 Sat: Off

    Day 7 Sun: Shoulders and Traps...another fun filled workout, that burned like a mofo ...Miliary Press front and back (85lbs x 3 sets, 10 reps) last couple of reps two sets were burning real nice. Moved to Arnold presses 4 sets at 35lbs per dumbbell, reps were 10,10,8,6...shrugs were next 85lb dumbells 4 sets, 10 reps each....100 crunches afterwards and some oblique exercises.

    Day 8 Mon: Chest....Started off doing crunches...then moved to incline dumbbells...50lbs x 10, 55lbs x 10, 60lbs x 10....flat bench, again same routine, same weight...moved to cable cross overs 60lbs each hand x 10, then 2 more sets of 70lbs....finally decline with dumbbells, again same routine as flat and incline...another good feeling workout

    Misc. I expect to see some good improvement this week, so hopefully i will have something good to report

    Thanks for pointing that out, i forgot it...I'm up to 177 so in just a week i gained 5lbs...i do plan on gaining alot during this cycle too though, cuz now im eating more than usual. At least it is muscle weight and not fat weight.

    Day 9 Tuesday

    Bi's and Tri's: I have done what I wanted and raised up my weight by 5 to 10lbs.

    Seated preacher curls:75 x 10 for 2 sets and 85 x 10 for 1

    Skull crushers: 65 x 10 for 2 sets and 75 x 10 for 1

    Hammer curls: 35 x 10 for 3 sets

    Im only listing a couple of exercises, so I can keep a log on how much i went up in weight for these certain ones.

    I went in today thinking I wasnt gonna lift that much, but after I started I felt strong. I couldnt believe that I went up in weight and still pushed out 10 reps. I expect next week to be a good one. The ergomax should kick in good by then, and I should be able to do even more. Im ready for next week damit.     I measured my chest and legs today, so here it is.

    Day 10 Wednesday

    Back day, today of course was good but the better thing about today is that i went up by 10lbs on my exercises.

    Lat. pull downs: 80lbs per arm. 2 sets x 10, 1 set at 90lbs x 6

    One arm rows: 1 set x 10 at 50lbs, 1 set x 10 at 55lbs, 1 set x 10 at 60lbs

    Seated rows: 1 set x 10 at 80lbs, 1 set x 10 at 100lbs, 1 set x 10 at 120lbs

    Misc. I did 3 other exercises as well, but again im only recording 3 exercises per body part. I think the acne has kicked in. My face is doing fine, but my upper back and parts of my chest are breaking out. At least its not on the face. My muscles feel like they are staying kinda pumped up at all times. Not like I just finished working out, but they feel more pumped then usual. Nothing else to report at the time, but i think im gonna really enjoy these next 4 1/2 weeks.

    Im back fools......HEY HERE'S A GOOD TIP.......DONT PISS OFF THE MODS

    Its been a while and my log is completely screwed but i will post up my pics with the b4 and 4 wks in shots...my new comp. will finally let me download pics on here

    I now weigh 184lbs.....so far that means i have gained right at 14lbs...i still have 2wks left....i decided last wk to take 30mg a day for the last 3wks of my cycle....

    Ive had this craze for sugar here lately...i usually never eat anything sweet and now for the last few days ive been craving it....my acne is still kinda bad...luckly not on my face but it is on my upper back and chest....i use rubbing alcohol to try and take them away, it helps some but there still here.

    Im gonna take measurement tomorrow and post them up, as well as pics...

    Are you deciding on Nolva because you have it on hand or something else? Just wondering about your PCT as Max LMG shouldnt have any eostergen conversion... doesnt change the fact though that might go up after cycle, which is why i presume you are using Nolva>?

    ANy reason you didnt go for Ultra HOT or Impact Ultra or Rebound or something else?>

    I know nolva will get the HPTA going, but perhaps not as effectively as other compounds that are now on the market.

    I prolly should have put ErgoMax LMG in my title, because most ppl think im doing a MaxLMG log.....if you read close enough though, its actually a Ergo....but yes i am using Nolva because i have it on hand and it will be my first time to use it.

    This nolva is some nasty azz stuff.....it has this warm feeling in your mouth and it just stay's there. I did find something to help with it though.

    I take a stick of Wrigley's chewing gum (i have spearmint) i chew the gum for about 10 sec. to get the juices flowing, after that i squirt the nolva into the back of my throat and swallow it along with the juices from my gum. Then i take a few swigs of water and keep chewing the gum. It def. works wonders. If you have the nasty Nolva situation, then do this. I swear you'll thank me later.
