Greetings To All Fellow Body Builders! :)
Hello All,
I am new to the forum and looking to gather some fantastic advice from the knowledgeable people here! I am 52, recently retired, and having the time of my life! I am looking to get on a good lifting/eating plan and shedding some unwanted pounds! Joy overcomes me when I see facing of these young lads with a dream to tackle and conquer the world of Body Building! It truly is a phenomenal sport! Arnold and Lou would be proud! You guys will see me pop in and out, giving advice as I can based on the brain I was given!

I was a deep sea fisherman in my earlier years.
It took it's toll on me (and my back), so I got into the stock market and have been living pretty well since!
