I have been eating a LOT more than usual for the past week but I have lost 2kg in 7 days (which may not sound like a lot but I am of a small build so it shows when I lose weight at all). I'm trying the whole keto thing and even though I am eating more than enough fat and protein to compensate for the low carbs - I am quickly losing weight (and I fear, muscle ). I'm trying to get my bodyfat down SLOWLY to 15% but I think I am losing too fast - is this normal with this kind of diet?
Here is what I eat on a typical day:
Meal 1: 140g tuna in oil
3 whole eggs (fried in olive oil)
3 egg whites (fried in olive oil)
large bowl of lettuce/spinach with heaps of sour cream or thick cream
Meal 2: 100g beef burger
125g cottage cheese with 1 TBS flaxseed oil
15 almonds
Meal 3: Potein bar (low carb)
Meal 4: 1 Chicken breast (or 2 thighs) with olive oil
Large green salad with a few TBS thick cream & parmesan cheese.
Meal 5: 2-3 Egg whites (fried in olive oil)
1 cup broccoli
Protein shake or low carb hot chocolate
Is this normal for a 5'6 106lb female who weight trains 4 times a week? Any comments, good or bad would be appreciated.

The initial weight loss with keto is water and glycogen. You're probably peeing a lot too (you should be, drink more water if you're not). If the speedy weight loss continues for longer than 2 weeks, make sure you're eating enough. Determine your caloric needs with your activity level, and eat 500 less than that.

At 5'6 and 105#, the last thing you should be doing is cutting down! You need to build up the muscle before you cut, or there will be nothing to cut down to!
"Faith is to believe what you do not yet see; the reward for this faith is to see what you believe. ": Saint Augustine
"So what exactly would you say you DO here??"
"Does this suit make me look fat??"
"No, your face does."

You are not eating nearly enough, imo.

"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments."
Matthew 22:36-40
