Best Arms in the History of Bodybuilding

Hey guys,

I know there have been many threads discussing individual best bodyparts of past and present professional bodybuilders, but I wanted to make one to discuss specifically arms.

So, the question is, who do you think has had or has the greatest arms in the history of bodybuilding? Be sure to support your answer with pics!

Bill Pearl had the best tris. For bi's I'd go with Arnold, and for total package I'd take Priest.

yea dude, scott had some really well developed arms

and as far arnold's tri's...they weren't that bad...in fact they were pretty huge when he did that side arm pose (like a side chest, but both arms extended felxing the forearms)

kevin levrone also has awesome delts in tri's...i love his arms.

but lee priest is definitly the winner.

Best forearms-Olivia, Lee Priest

Best overall arms-Flex Wheeler, Lee priest

Those are insane forearms. I have seen them before, but they still shock me. Amazing. They even look better than Priest's!

Interesting post, I'd say for overall arm development - forearms, biceps, and triceps together - no one can touch Lee Priest, his arms are unbelievably thick and hard, with sweeping muscle bellies and those trademark peaked biceps.

For triceps alone, Levrone undoubtedly has the best in the history of the sport, his arms were 24" at their biggest because of those monsters! For biceps alone, lets go with Schwarzenegger (obviously), and for forearms I would have to say Priest. Peace!

if Levrone had better forearms, I'd say him...but since he doesn't I'd say it's between Oliva and Priest.

one of the best arm pics i have seen is of mike matarrazo hitting a front double bi, had amazing size, proportion and definition. i think it was a workout photo shoot after he had just done his bi's

I'd say Ronnie. No one comes close to the definition he has, and they don't exactly lack in size either.

I dunno, i wouldnt say lee priest biceps were good compared to other pros, forearms and triceps are huge though!

I agree, Matarrazo definately has some of the best guns in the history of the sport. There are no "wrong" answers here bro, bodybuilding is a subjective sport. Thanks for sharing your opinion.
