Gakic results?
Muscletech claims that you'll see an immediate strength gain by 10.5 % och resist muscle fatigue by 28%. Can anyone confirm this and what results did you have?

I have taken both Gakic and currently taking Aplodan. Both IMO are great products. Price aside, they are top notch products. Sometimes you have to ignore the MT hatred on these boards and give things a shot. W/ both I noticed greater endurance and strength gains. Strength gains are more prevalent w/ Aplodan. Yes, expensive...but put it this way...I just ordered my second bottle of Aplodan.

Gakic IMO is the best anti-fatigue product on the market. Top notch and I will never lift without it again.

I personally have never taken Aplodan, but I know for a fact Gakic is a bottle of useless oversize pills... Don't waste your money on this ****

gakic pills are purple, not silver. Aplodans are silver.
I like aplodan better than gakic, but gakic worked like a charm.
I did one aplodan box along with creapure creatine, and reached new strength records and size. I went off just aplodan, and after about 3 weeks, I really started to regress. Started a second bottle of aplodan, and strength returned, and starting going beyond the previous records .
So Aplodan works like a charm.
Gakic, was kinda like, either **** workout, or best ever. Think I never figured out when to take it for a good workout.

Actually, I really liked Gakic.
I think muscletech is overpriced and overhyped, but Gakic is good stuff.

I would say the same thing if the price wasn't obscene. It's good stuff, especially when lifting high intensity or high rep ranges.

I got through half the bottle... And just didn't do it anymore... I got jittery while I was on it, thats about it... And taking 8 of those cockroach sized pills before workout was rediculous... But if it worked for you I say go for it....
To each his own huh?

The 10.5% increase in strength will come from additional reps at the end of sets not additional weight added to an attempted 1-RM.

Seems like everyone at some point or another gets sucked into muscletech's marketing scheme. I have tried both the gakic powder and caplets and both were a huge disappointment. The powder was absolutely atrocious tasting!
Like 82nd fister said, as soon as it says, "muscletech claims" stop reading! I should have known better.

Although it benefits me in no way to promote MT, I have to say that Gakic is a great product. Training legs with and without it are completely different experiences. If you don't train to fatigue, though, you won't get anything out of it.

Exactly!
The strength gain stuff kinda makes since, they figure the average joe walking around has ammonia/lactic acid on his muscles and by take gakic and buffering that off they probably will see a slight strength increase. This however dose not apply to trained athletes.

Gakic is the best ?pre-workput? supp I've tried, but not the best price/results ratio...
So price aside, I think its incredible
And the pills are silver, not purple.

I work for a competitor of MuscleTech and must say GAKIC is by far one of the best supplements I have ever used. I'd put it in my top ten list.
