Muslim Bodybuilders During Ramadan.
Dont know if any of u know but right now its Ramadan...which means muslims dont eat or drink, smoke all day long until the sun goes down..so thats like 6:30 pm....
r there any muslims on this board? how the hell r u gonna do this ? how u gonna work out and not eat..ur gonna loose gains

I want to hear some opinions too, I always been curious. if I was muslim, I'd just sign up for a 24 hr gym and sleep during the day lol, train at night

el oh el thats what i do. I eat prou a good 60g protein in the monring, lots of complex carbs, and then stay up for about an hour, go to sleep for about 8 hours, go to school @ 4, come back at 7, eat, back to school untill 10, then come home, more eating, then go to gym, come home and eat more

me and my training partner are muslim. Today we started our fast at 5am and opened it at 7:30PM. We went to the gym at 6PM and worked out really hard (back and shoulders). It was really difficult, my throat got so dry it hurt to talk and i ended up getting a cramp by my ribs.. As far as my meals, i make sure to get A LOT of protein. I eat 3 very good meals and i also fit in 1 protein shake.
no pain, no gain right? heh
