creatine questions
i thought i heard that creatine monohydrate wont make you look bloated like some other creatines will from the water your holding, is this true?

and if i take it i should be drinking more water than normally right?

I honestly just bought 1000g of micronized creatine today, and it says drink 8oz. of water at least 7-10 times a day while taking it.
