    going to do boxing for the first time today

    Is it bad for BBing? Could I do it on my off days ? Anyone here doing boxing?
    Could I just use it as cardio?

    well i do wrestling, and they are kind of the same "tireing" sport.

    I would dop boxing on your cardio days. Spend less time on the treadmill and more in the room, because boxing is very hard on your muscles, just like wrestling is. Never box on your lifting days, and always have a 1-2 day rest after lifting, so your muscles can heal and build.

    Nah, do what you like to do, If only for cardio reasons, then I suppose it's ok, but if for self defence, I'd also suggest something which involves legs.
