Hey guys, I'm putting together a nutrition plan to get cut up. I would really appreciate some expert advice on the brands and types of supplements and general set up. Anything I should add / remove or do differently. Here is what it looks like:
Meal 1:
- 2 low carb, whole wheat waffles
- low fat yogurt or cottage cheese
- Cup of green tea
- Multi vitamin
- r-ALA
- CLA + Flux Seed Oil
- L-Carnitine
Meal 2:
- ISOPure Protein Shake
Pre-Workout
- r-ALA (same as above)
- CLA + Flux
- L-Carnitine
- 5 grams of creatine monohydrate with grape juice
Post-Workout
- Myoplex MRP
Meal 3:
- Whole wheat pasta
- Chicken or beef
Meal 4:
- Chicken or beef with vegies
Meal 5:
- Probolic Protein Shake
I posted the links to all the brands, because I'm not sure that these are the best ones, and would really appreciate any input on this!
Thanks a lot,
-- Greg

too many supplements need more food
for meal #1 eat 1 or 2 whole eggs with 5-6 more whites for extra protein and oats instead of waffles
meal #2 instead of protein shake eat some whole food chicken, turkey, tuna sandwhich on wholewheat bread something like that
i would add vegetables to meal number 3 as well as 5 can't get enough vegetables
i would add another multivitamin in their probably around meal 4 and again personally i would ditch the myoplex MRP and go with isopure/dextrose combo I only say this because im a big fan of isopure
