Drink a case of diet coke a day... do this for a few days straight then quit all fluids for a day...
you'll piss out every ounce of extra water you have and be more cut and lean than you thought possible.
Also, cantelope and bannanas help fill you out without retaining water too much. Creatine makes you retain water.
Ever try carb loading and depleteing?
There are many supplements that will dehydrate you. Caffine is one. Dandilion root herb pills will too....
There is actually a few products made espeacially for drying you out, I would do a search on BB.com for them.
Cutting salt and sodium only works for a day or two, your better to add lots of sodium and then cut back a few days before you want to be ripped.
An Anti-E will dry you out a bit if your levels are high and you are retaining water. Try ESTRO-BLOCK 800 on BB.com under the Anti-E's .
Hope that helps

hmmm..
ok ...
check this out, u can drop sodium for about a week before u have to look good for whattever reason, however depleting sodium for any longer would actually hurt your muscle growth, so wach out...
another thing is, i believe it was BigCat that said, loading on creatine would actually help you shed water weight. So instead of going off creatine, try to simply do the "loading" stage all over again for a week, im going to try this method myself in about 3 weeks for a friendly competition wit my friend...
finally, i don' think this is too popular of a product around here, but you can always use those over the counter diuretics that help you loose water weight, sutch as taraxatone, or NWB by EAS...
all these however are temporary solutions, if u want to be as ripped as possible without hurting yourself drink as much watter as possible during the day, and throw in some cardio couple of times per week, an ECA stack will also work magic as they have caffeine (xenadrine, ripped fuel ect.).. However remember, you can't be a 4 % bodyfat always, you will eventually loose muscle, and being weak can induce injuries.. hope i helped**** I thought we was fighting or freedom... So why do we need moderators for again? Thats what I thougt-

I wouldn't use nothing to shed water while on creatine. Spacing an ECA while on creatine would be best. Add more cardio if one is paranoid about bloat. Worrying too much here about water weight. Worry about fat loss and tackle water retention AFTER your cutting cycle. Not during.

Listen to 97! Getting cut is not a matter of losing water weight. That is for competition to get the last bit of detail to come out. You need to work on losing fat. And, sodium depletion when you don't know exactly what you are doing, and at this point, you apparently do not, can be extremely dangerous. Again, I will ask you, what exactly is your objective? Are you preparing for a contest? The questions you are asking makes me believe you are not, so you should not even be concerned about shedding water. What exactly makes you think you are carrying too much water? Do you know your B/F percentage? Find this out first. If your B/F is above 8% (I bet it is), you need to work on other things. (I am not implying that 8% is high, only that you need to be working on losing more fat rather than water). And, as JohnBlaze said in the initial reply, No, we do not really know what you are saying!
