    Bowflex Select-Tech Dumbbells

    I know its a bowflex product, but they they look like a good idea. Theyre 350 bucks. The weight can be adjusted from 5 to 52.5 lbs From 5 to 25 lbs in 2.5 lb increments, and from 25 to 52.5 lbs in 5lb increments. What do you guys think ?     There are better choices in adjustable dumbbells. I know you're only 15 and may not have been working out very long, but at some point you'll find that 52.5 lbs is much too light for several exercises. Look at the Ironmaster & Powerblock dumbbells... there are quite a few threads in this section about them.

    agree look in to something thats gonna last you, rather then have to upgrade in the near future

    Fifty pound dumbell row is totally pointless. You'll own it in a year or so. (I can curl it) Find some old iron dumbells!
