I just bought somee size 00 capsules to make CEE caps. I take 2-3 grams per serving how many capsules sould I take?

Well depends how much you put in each capule. 00 size holds between 500mg to 1000mg depending on the powder and how tightly you pack it in there. Roughly I would be guessing 3 caps will be close to 3 grams.

you are looking at roughly 700mg per capsules, but again it can differ wildly baased on the ingredeitn you are using. I dont have muhc experience with cee, but i am guesing about 700mg per 00 cap.

I packed 550mg of CEE into a '00' when tamped several times. So you're looking at around 500-550mg per capsule.
