    sup bro,

    the best advice i can give for building thick massive biceps, is the straight-bar curl. keep a stance shoulder with, and keep your arms lockd in next to your waist, dont cheat, and curl. that will add mass in no time.. also another good mass builder is alternating dumbell curls on an incline.

    Eating more will make your biceps larger. You can have the best workout in the world, but if your diet is lacking, you wont get the best results. But I would have to say you should have some form of BB curl in your workout say reg. or cambered.
