i've been working out for the past 6 months and i've gone from 220 to 160 w/o any thermogenics. Now i wanted to lose more fat so i tried xtremelean(xenadrine rip off).
is it ok if i use it everyday den cycles it after 1 month?

10 am wheat bread, 3 oz.chicken breast
12 noon 1 cup spinach pasta nd i can tuna
preworkout: banana nd 2tsp peanut butter
post workout: banana, 2 scoops p.shake,glutamine
5:00 wheat bread,3 oz. chicken breast,banana
730:broccoli,1 can tuna
9:30 glutamine,pshake,skim milk
workout sched:
everyday workout diff bodyparts (20 min cardio after)
sunday:rest day
diet loooks really good. on ur second meal try 2 up the protein intake. maybe since ur doing that u might wanna lower carbs 2. u should cycle the thermogenic lyk this : 12 weeks on, 3 weeks off. the wrokout looks good, and great job on the weight loss, just 4 curiosity, what are ur stats?
