I am really interested in starting a ketogenic Diet...ive read all about it, know about the carbing up on weekends and what not. I just dont know about setting up the actual diet. I did the competition diet with carbs and protein and never seem to get the results i want. I plan on doing a figure compeition in april or maybe hold off and wait till later in the year depending on how I look.
im 5'8 female 170 lbs - im not sure what my BF is but i know most of my weight is muscle.
Please someone help, any diet plans offered ill take!! any supplements either?
