Wide Grip Chins...Reverse Pull downs...Bent Rows(wide & close) Bent Over Dumbell rows... they work great for me if you want your back to get Swole...squeez each Of* your reps at the climax befor releasing to start another...and make sure you get your negative in with back it really blows it up and gives you alot of strength

Close grip Bench: 315 4/19/05
Squat:450
Deadlift: 315x10
Bodyweight: 240
BF%: 16 (bulking)
40 Yard: 4.78
