Is oatmeal with brown sugar okay?

That is, to eat in the morning if you are trying to bulk?

Cinnamin is also a great way to spice it up without adding anything nutrition wise.

Brown sugar is amazing. I like the really soft stuff, goes great in oatmeal. Mmm! Nothing wrong with a tablespoon or two a day, healthier than all the artificial sweetners by a long way (IMO).

Third rule of cheat cub, someone yells stop!, goes limp, taps out, the cheat is over. Fourth rule, one cheat at a time, fellas. Fifth rule, cheats will go on as long as they have to. brown sugar is fine in my opinion, as long as it's only a tablespoon or two a day, it won't hurt you. I personally love honey and cinnamon to sweeten and spice up my oatmeal

Ew, Splenda is similar to aspartame. I wouldn't touch it with a really long spoon. http://www.truthaboutsplenda.com/

Go easy on the brown suger; it's usually just refined white sugar sprayed with moleasses.

hey nice Q. As i also put the ol' brown sugar on my oats, makes it taste grrreat. It semi "melts" on contact.

I'm sure it's no different than adding sugar nutrition wise.

I hope at least nobody think brown sugar is the equal of white bread v.s. ''brown'' bread as if it could contains better nutritional value than the normal refined sugar,..

cause the difference between brown sugar and refined white sugar is that brown sugar is brown because of the molasse it contains

just thought anybody would like to know that
