just do a search bro......and it depends on the length of the cycle..dont go any longer than 4 weeks i would say....it also depends on how many mg the pills are...i would say if they are 10mg pills...take one a day for the first two weeks and then two a day the second two weeks...if you are doing a two week cycle then one the first and two the second...it depends though cuz if you are happy with the gains ...then just take one since it's your first cycle...but make sure you have the proper pct lined up...do a search bro..

If you don't have experience with AAS go with 5mg/day. Resist the urge to go higher. Plan on three weeks...go a fourth if everything feels ok. See how it goes...go through PCT...take some time off...then if you still wanna use M1T again try it at 10mg/day.
This stuff isn't a joke. You should definitely know how many milligrams are in each pill and read as much as you can about it before you start using it. You've landed in the right place as far as where to find that info.

The deal is that m1t is illegal, so its basically the same as asking for it I believe. An m1t is a steriod, its very strong and you should definately not use it if your having to ask us how to dose. Also you should take milk thistle with it to possible protect against any damage m1t causes to you liver. An if you do choose to use it please get some nolvadex for you pct so you don't grow breasts and can have your fellas downstairs come back to life. An not to mention this topic has been discussed countless times. Just use the search engine its your friend.

M1T Question
Hey guys I've been working out for about a year now and my muscle growth seems to be very slow. Recently I lost a lot of weight, i went from 315 pounds to 230 pounds and now I am wanting to try M1Ts. Personally i dont want to GROW i just want definition. I want to get cut. So I was wondering if i should take all the extra supplements with M1Ts or not. I mean i want to get just a tad bigger but not huge. Help me out with all the PCT and supplement information plz.
Im 21 years old, 230 pounds, 6 foot 6 (big boned not fat, and im not saying this just to make myself feel better, i really am big boned
