anyone ever tried the ken shamrock workout thing. its pretty challenging, it is supposed to help get cut(i doubt that) and it also helps with endurance
its the bar 60 times then 25 pushups, the bar plus 10 lbs 60 times then 25 pushups, and then the bar plus 20 lbs and then 25 pushups.....hard stuff

watching Shamrock slip and fall like that was just sad. He is past his prime definitely. They kept saying that he is better now then he ever was, well I don't think the old Ken Shamrock would have tripped twice, then got the **** beat out of his head where he was to messed up to even try and cover up.

It was sad watching him fall b/c for people that have never seen any UFC, they really hyped it up and then Ken just couldnt do it, I have to give credit to Rich though he's got a good furture for him, I hope Ken doesnt plan on retiring yet bc i want him to fight Tito again and get knocked out since he still thinks he's gonna take him....back to the original post, no i have not tried it, but it sounds like a real good endurance builder.

it doesn't seem to me like you would need to do an intense workout like that unless you actually were training to fight or do some long endurance arm activity because that stuff that they do in UFC takes a LOOT out of you very quickly, you shouldn't have to go to such drastic measures to get cut
