    picture's suck for learning an exercise imo.. go to youtube and type in t-bar rows, there's plenty of examples (some good some bad) try and find Bola, his one is the best i remember

    love the t-bar workout! One of the best excercises for your back. IMO. Just try not to cheat using your biceps to much and concentrate on bringing your elbows back, squeezing your shoulders together.

    If you want to help lessen the extent you use biceps place your thumbs on the same side of the handles as your fingers instead of wrapping them around the bar.

    Prefer DB rows for the simple fact that T bar & Bentover BB rows use up a lot of your neural drive in stabilizing muscles & don't leave much neural drive to fire the lats properly.
