    BCAA during cardio?

    i read somewhere that during longer cardio you should take BCAAs so muscle wont waste away. I cant imagine stopping in the middle of my run and swalling some pills, then continuing. Anyone do this?? During a bulk im thinking this wouldnt make any sense because your getting enough protein anyway to spare your muscle...

    I got some bcaa powder from BN and just mix it in with some generic "gatorade" and sip it during my workout, which ends with cardio.

    wouldnt it be better just to drink reg. whey protein then? i already bought the pill form also...whats the difference between the powder and the pills>?

    i figured maybe i should have some on empty stomach in the morning before my HIIT sessions, im not sure would it interefer however with fat burning, since my stomach wouldnt be empty anymorem anyone know?
